3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed upon detection and all balances may be forfeited. bq77 has the technical capability to identify multiple accounts created using the same IP address, device, or payment method.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any information changes (such as a phone number or payment method), the user must notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bq77 currently processes transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. A withdrawal request may be suspended or cancelled if the following conditions are not met:

• Account verification has not been completed
• The applicable bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled
• The first withdrawal is not made via the same method used for the deposit
• Suspicious fraudulent activity has been detected

4.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all deposited funds are your own and obtained from a legitimate source. The use of money laundering or funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and legal action will be taken.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This condition applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposited funds. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 (twenty thousand taka) must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• bq77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback benefits across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond — up to a maximum of 1.5%.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Bet outcomes are determined according to the rules of the relevant game provider. In the event of a technical error, bq77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the deposited funds.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting is available on various international competitions including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments. Betting markets and odds are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

6.3 Technical Errors

Winnings earned due to any software or hardware error may be forfeited. bq77 is not liable for claims related to technical issues, but efforts will be made to return deposited funds to affected users where possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Deliberately operating accounts under multiple identities to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using third-party bots, automated software, or artificial means to operate games.
• Identifying any technical vulnerability of the platform and using it to gain unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Conducting cyber attacks against the platform.
• Any activity related to match fixing or manipulation.

8.1 bq77's Rights

bq77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of security concerns, breach of terms, or investigative need. In the event of an account closure, the return of any legitimate balance will be decided after review.

8.2 User-Initiated Closure Request
